I have the right to reject any commissions.
Please provide references/details needed for commissions.
My artwork is for personal use only, if you want it to be used commercially, tell me so a commercial pricing can be discussed.
Payments will be completed through either VGen or PayPal depending on where the commission is requested.
Commission prices are subject to change, the base prices are only a guideline.
No refunds allowed.
If you have not yet received the sketch within a week, you can ask for a cancellation.
If you have submitted a commission, it means that you agree to the ToS.

Rights and Usage
The artist retains all the copyrights over the commissioned piece.
I reserve the right to post commissioned work on my online accounts and porfolio.
The commissioner and other third parties may not profit off of the commissioned artwork outside of any deals with me.
The commissioner cannot edit or reproduce the commission without my consent.
The commissioner cannot claim the commissioned piece as their own.
Using my art to train AI-generation programs is completely forbidden.
